Greg Angel joined the 7&4 News Team in January 2008 as the Gaylord Bureau Reporter.

Greg got a jump start on his life long dream in high school working at WSDP Radio. In 2007 Greg graduated from Central Michigan University where he earned a degree in Broadcast & Cinematic Arts. During his time at CMU, Greg worked as an anchor, reporter, and producer at News Central 34, a student produced newscast. In addition he hosted "Central View', an entertainment magazine show on MHTV. He also interned at "The Daily Buzz" in Orlando, Florida; a nationally syndicated television morning show on the CW Network.

Originally from Charleston, SC, Greg has since come to call Michigan home, though he admits he has hardly gotten used to the winter weather.

Greg says the best part about his job is being able to tell the stories of people in northern Michigan.
