Bill Froehlich joined TV 7&4 in 2002 as a reporter and as the Weekend News Anchor. You can see him at the anchor desk Saturdays and Sundays during 7&4 News at 6 and 11. Bill also reports for 7&4 News during the week.
Bill's last stop was KPAX-TV in Montana. During his time there, he was part of an award-winning news team, sharing an honor from the Montana Broadcasters Association for his role in the state's "Best Newscast." Before his stint out west, Bill got his start as the Weekend News Anchor for WLFI-TV in Lafayette, Indiana.
Bill went to college at DePauw University in Indiana to study television and radio. He worked for the campus radio station as a news reporter. He was later hired as the News Director before being promoted to Station Manager. Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. He also earned a double-minor in Political Science and Secondary Education.
Bill's family is out west in Colorado, but he is a native of Milwaukee. Bill says he's glad to be back in the midwest and close to Lake Michigan.
