Adam anchors our morning newscast, 7&4 News Today (weekdays 5-7 a.m.), along with Storm Team Metorologist Joe Charlevoix.
Adam grew up in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. He attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio. It was there he received a Bachelor's Degree in German and Radio-Television-Film and a Master's Degree in German. He also spent two years living in the middle of the European Alps, in Salzburg, Austria. He spent one additional year in Linz, Austria as a teaching assistant for the Fulbright Commission.
Before coming to 7&4 News in 1998, Adam started his broadcasting career in Alpena, Michigan at WBKB (CBS) as news director and main anchor. From there, he moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he was a main anchor for KGWN (CBS). While he was in Cheyenne, he received the "Best Anchor" award by the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters.
Adam, his wife Heather and their two boys live in the Traverse City area.
