Holly is so excited to be out and about northern Michigan live every morning for 7&4 News Today!

Before joining the 7&4 Morning News team in October 2012, Holly was working in the Public Relations field at a Chicago-based firm handling the shows for the Broadway In Chicago account.

Holly graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in English. While at school she was an active member of her sorority, a producer and anchor for the college TV channel, and danced in several musicals. Although Michigan is now her home she will always be a Chicago sports fan and continue to happily cheer for her Fighting Illini.

Now that her address is Traverse City, Holly loves to enjoy the beautiful bay and take advantage of all the wonderful shops, restaurants and beaches. She also loves the community and meeting new people everyday, so stop and say hello if you see her!

Back in Illinois Holly had internships at Clear Channel Chicago for 103.5 KISSFM and WFLD Fox Chicago News before graduating. With a sister in Washington and a brother in California Holly’s family is happy to have 3 fun places to visit- Traverse City being the best where every day feels like a vacation!
