Hometown: Grand Rapids, MI

Anne joined the 7&4 News Team in May of 2012 as an Internet Managing Editor.

While she grew up in Grand Rapids, Anne is no stranger to Northern Michigan. Some of her favorite childhood memories took place on the beaches of Glen Arbor and Empire.

Anne went to Michigan State University where she majored in Broadcast Journalism. While at MSU, Anne worked for the Big Ten Network in event production and produced the student run Focal Point newscast on WKAR. She is thrilled to see how many Spartans there are in the 7&4 newsroom - it feels like home!

In her spare time, you can find Anne spending time on the Bay, testing out all the local restaurants, and cheering on her Spartans! She is a very enthusiastic sports fan and more importantly, Spartan fan. She also loves to get involved in the community, so you will no doubt see her at many local events.

Anne is very excited to start her work at 7&4 and can't wait to learn more about the Traverse City area.
