Satellite WaiversPlease DO NOT CALL THE TV STATION to request a waiver to receive a distant network signal via satellite. As you may know, Congress recently passed a new law governing distant signals. Under that law, your satellite provider is mandated to provide you with your local stations via satellite upon your request. We currently provide your service provider with a feed that they can pass along to you.
Due to these changes Barrington Broadcasting Group, LLC, and WPBN/WTOM TV no longer provide waivers. Accordingly, we suggest that you contact your satellite company to determine your status under the new law.
